Submission of an online application or inquiry form does not guarantee admission. Admissions are subject to eligibility, age criteria established by the CISCE board / Karnataka Education Department, document verification, and seat availability.

Tuition, admission, transport, and ancillary fees must be remitted strictly within scheduled timelines. Belated remittances may incur administrative penalties as stipulated by the school governing council.

All fee refund and withdrawal guidelines are governed by institutional policy documented in the official admission prospectus issued at the time of enrollment.

Students and accompanying guardians must observe high standards of respect, discipline, and courtesy on campus premises and during school-supervised transit.

Zero Tolerance for Bullying & Harassment: S.E.A. International School enforces a strict anti-bullying policy. Any disruptive conduct, digital defamation, or physical disrespect will result in prompt disciplinary review.

Punctuality and standard school uniform compliance are compulsory for all registered students across Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Senior Secondary departments.

Users agree not to exploit our digital communication channels, parent portals, or contact forms for unsolicited advertising, spamming, malicious code transmission, or unauthorized data scraping.

Login credentials distributed for student portals or learning platforms are confidential; parents and students must not disclose account passwords to unauthorized individuals.

All contents on this website—including crests, school logos, photographic archives, architectural images, curriculum overviews, promotional videos, and written publications—are the exclusive intellectual property of S.E.A. International School and South East Asian Education Trust.

Reproduction, republication, modification, or commercial exploitation of any site asset without prior explicit written permission from the Board of Trustees is strictly prohibited.

While S.E.A. International School strives to ensure all published academic calendars, fee structures, and campus event schedules are accurate and current, information may be updated periodically without prior notice.

The institution shall not be liable for incidental interruptions in online portal access resulting from telecommunications or third-party web hosting contingencies.

These terms and institutional operations are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes relating to institutional activities or digital access shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
